Permitting and Entitlement Process Begins for Pastakia + Associates’ New Residential Project in Downtown Bellevue

Planned Luxury Apartment Designed to Serve Bellevue’s Burgeoning Tech Population; Will be Constructed Atop Site’s Existing Parking Garage

Bellevue, Wash., May 11, 2021 – Pastakia + Associates, a Seattle-based development firm specializing in mixed-use urban infill has, on behalf of Bellevue Plaza Apartments LLC begun permitting and entitlement work on a new approximately 300-unit, five-story multi-family building in downtown Bellevue.

Located at 10850 NE 8th Street, the planned luxury apartment building will be constructed atop the site’s existing six-level parking garage owned by Singapore real estate investment trust Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT.

Permitting and entitlement work is currently ongoing, and once approved, it is intended that construction could begin in fall 2022 with completion to follow in later 2024. Main project team members include Encore Architects (architect), Pastakia + Associates (developer) and Compass Construction (general contractor).
